Double Trumpet Concerto - consortium opportunity - A proposal has been made for a major work featuring two trumpets and wind ensemble to be premiered at the 2013 ITG conference in Grand Rapids, MI. A consortium is now being formed to make this project a reality. April 15, 2012 - You can hear sneak previews of all of my 2012 offerings for Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble and String Orchestra by launching the mp3 player on the left. For Concert Band the new titles are Caliber, Harlequin Dance, Wingwalker and an arrangement of Debussy's Reverie (all published by FJH Music Co.). For Jazz Ensemble I have arranged another great tune by Freddie Hubbard entitled Povo (published by Belwin Jazz). And, finally, I've arranged It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year for string orchestra (published by FJH Music Co.). All of these selections will be available by early Summer of 2012.

March 26, 2012 - I've just completed a new fanfare that will be published by Triplo Press as part of a collection called Nine Celebratory Fanfares for Six Trumpets, Volume 1, edited by James Olcott. February 21, 2012 - CONQUEST is my newest trumpet ensemble. It will be available in May but you can hear a sneak peek now in the mp3 player on the left. This piece was commissioned by the University of South Alabama Department of Music Trumpet Studio under the direction of Dr. Peter Wood for premier performance at the 2012 ITG Conference in Columbus, Georgia, USA.
